These Terms of Service govern access to SecretWaifu, operated by Mihi Marketing BV. By using SecretWaifu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to access adult content in your location.
Adult-only anime AI service
SecretWaifu is an adult-only anime/synthetic AI roleplay and VRoid character service. Real-person media, real-life AI adult content, photorealistic human AI adult content, and depictions of actual human performers are outside the approved product scope.
User submissions
Users cannot upload general media. User submissions are limited to VRoid character submissions and related text fields made available by SecretWaifu. Public submissions may be reviewed, rejected, unpublished, or removed when they violate the Blocked Content Policy or the anime/synthetic-only product scope.
Site responsibility and monitoring
Mihi Marketing BV is responsible for the content and policies operated on SecretWaifu. We may review public VRoid submissions, stories, public page copy, and chat-policy behavior to enforce these Terms and the Blocked Content Policy.
Membership and billing
Membership prices, billing interval, discounts, and recurring subscription terms are shown on the membership page before checkout. Billing support is provided by Verotel. For billing help, contact livesupport@verotel.com.
Cancellation and refunds

Complaints and content removal
To contact us about content, privacy, account, or policy concerns, use the information on the Contact Us page. Content that violates these Terms or applicable law may be disabled, rejected, or removed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
